As a certified coach, I was impressed by how the game takes its participants from a visual that appears initially unrelated, to a deeper reflection that encourages each participant on a journey of muhasabah and muraqabah. I loved that each person received examples from the Prophet SAW and a reminder of Allah’s name in relation to their specific card/situation. May Allah grant barakah and success in this work!

I was privileged to have a chance to experience the game introduced by Henny the very first night we arrived to Doha for a GMW summit. Alhamdulillah it was very deep and we laughed and cried and created strong bonds between us. If anything I always look forward to deep connections and I believe this game creates a great opportunity for people to connect on a level they wouldn’t be able to otherwise. Networking is not easy and people need some guidance. This game is not just about networking though, but about tafakkur on beautiful names of Allah. If we all agree that in this life nothing is accidental then we would appreciate how cards we can relate to the cards we pick. Thank you Henny for such a beautiful experience where religion meets deep reflections.

“This session couldn’t have come at a better time- I told the coach that I will see the people whom I wanted to make peace with the next day. I was thought on how to use ya Salam, visualization of peaceful environment and breathing technique to calm my self , to have the confidence to face these people with a sense of peace. This session really helped me the next day , I used ya Salam as zikir and whenever I felt a sense of anxiety coming , I did the breathing technique that was taught. “The An Najah Series made me aware of the underlaying issues that lie within myself and to reflect on how Allah ultimately should take centerstage at all times. SubhanAllah, a day after the reflection was a talk by Dr Rania on Strength and Resilience- which was exactly what I needed because I was exactly reflecting on this during the session with Henny and Dr. Mona, and the Name of Allah which I had selected was Al-Qawiyy (The All-Strong). This definitely was not coincidental, and I am really glad that I am now aware and am able to push forth in applying ways to heal myself now that I am aware of my issues.

“The cards hit exactly the pain/struggle/crossroad point you are at which needs to be resolved, from what you need relief or the lesson that needs to be take yet you have been avoiding it. With techniques from science these cards function like a therapy and mirror what you need to see, admit, accept to move on and nurture yourself. I wish I could have gone several rounds, yet even 2 card were truly impactful and helped me to see what I truly need at this moment. الحمد لله رب العالمين.

Most impactful part was realizing nothing is a “coincidence”, and it encouraged me to stop and think about what is going on in my life. Also, feeling connected to other women and learning about very similar experiences was very interesting. We lived through similar experiences in a very different ways.
